In accordance with distance selling regulations, you may return goods for a refund, within 14 days, providing you notify us beforehand. If the goods are faulty or not as described, we will offer a full refund, including the cost of sending and returning the item(s). If you wish to return the goods for any other reason, including changing your mind, or ordering the wrong pattern, you may still return the goods for a refund, but you will have to pay the cost of the return. Please note that the carriage we charge to send our goods is often below our actual cost, so it may cost more for you to return the goods, than you were charged for delivery.
