Amboss 2050 / Modern

Amboss 2050, also known as Modern was designed by Helmut Alder in 1954. It is forged from 18/8 stainless steel. The handles of all items are satin. The knives have mirror polished blades, etched AMBOSS AUSTRIA, with logo, together with ROSTFREI STAINLESS. The bowls of the spoons and forks are mirror polished, back and front. These items are stamped AMBOSS ROSTFREI AUSTRIA STAINLESS SUPER, together with the Anvil logo. Rosenthal also continued this range of cutlery, when they acquired the Amboss factory in 1969. It was then called Rosenthal ABC.
