This range of cutlery, made in Sheffield England and inspired by the prehistoric ammonite fossil, is forged from 18/8 stainless steel and is mirror polished.
The handles of all items, except teaspoons are hollow. Robert Welch redesigned this range of cutlery, several years later, with solid handles and made from 18/10 stainless steel.
